At bisqo.ae, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality sweets. Due to the nature of food products, our return and exchange policy is limited to ensure hygiene and product safety. Many food businesses follow similar rules because edible items cannot be returned once opened or consumed.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are food items and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Opened or partially consumed products
Items not in their original packaging
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Change of mind after the order has been delivered
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To process your request, please provide:
Your order number
Photos or videos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
After reviewing the claim, bisqo.ae may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
3. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they are dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
